Operations Specialist - Mandarin Speaker (m/f/d)

• Act as a key interface to BPO partners and support daily operational communication

• Support business volume forecasting and assist in operational planning

• Monitor service quality through call and chat audits (e.g. communication style, issue handling, documentation)

• Identify improvement areas based on data and operational insights

• Support the development and delivery of trainings for operational teams

• Create and maintain training materials, guidelines, and assessments

• Train stakeholders on internal systems and processes

• First experience in operations, customer service, BPO environments, or similar fields

• Strong analytical mindset and confidence in working with data

• Good understanding of operational processes and service quality management

• Experience in training, coaching, or creating training materials is a plus

• Comfortable working with common office tools and data analysis tools

• Strong communication skills and structured way of working

• Fluent in Mandarin & English, German is a plus
