HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

The role is currently based in Kelsterbach. As part of our continued growth, we are planning to relocate our office to Nieder-Olm, near Mainz, around October 2026.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted HR Business Partner for managers and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle

  • Advise leaders on all operational HR matters, employee relations, and labor law topics

  • Manage onboarding, employee development, performance-related topics, and offboarding processes

  • Ensure compliance with German labor law and support topics such as contractor management, employee leasing (ANÜ), and HR governance

  • Drive HR projects and continuously improve HR processes and structures

  • Support administrative HR activities where needed while maintaining a strong business partnering focus

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders in a dynamic international environment and actively contribute to building scalable HR structures

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or in a comparable generalist HR role

  • Solid knowledge of German labor law and HR compliance, including topics such as employee leasing, temporary workforce management, and contractor agreements

  • Experience supporting managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding

  • Strong stakeholder management and the confidence to advise managers on operational and strategic HR topics

  • Tech-savvy with an interest in digital HR processes and continuous process improvement

  • Fluent in German and English, Chinese is a plus

  • Experience in a fast-paced operational environment is a strong plus

  • Hands-on mindset, strong sense of ownership, and the ability to thrive in a rapidly growing international organization
