The thanks system allows you to give positive feedback to another user for a helpful post — for example, a well-detailed job offer or a standout application.

How do I say thanks?

Click 'Thanks' on the post you wish to appreciate. Your name will appear in the list of users who have thanked at the bottom of that post. You can also withdraw your thanks at any time.

View All Thanks

To see where you have given thanks or which of your posts have been thanked, go to My Profile -> Profile -> 'View Thanks'. You will see two tabs…

  • Given – List of posts where you said thanks.
  • Received – List of posts where you received thanks and how many times.
