Polls are a way to gather opinions or votes on a question related to employment or the industry.

Create a New Poll

When creating a new job offer or post, there is an option to 'Add a Poll'. If you do not see this option, you do not have the necessary permissions.

You can also add new polls to existing posts. A post can contain as many polls as you like.

This allows you to pose a question with a defined number of answers (max. 10, or more if configured by the administrator). Members can then vote and results will be displayed in the post.

Example poll:

What working arrangement do you prefer?

• On-site
• Remote
• Hybrid

You can set a time limit for voting or leave it open indefinitely.

You can also configure whether users can view results before voting, or only after casting their vote.

Grouping Polls

All polls within a post are automatically grouped. You can also display that group in other posts.

How to vote?

To vote, simply click on the option you prefer. In general, you cannot change your vote once cast, unless multiple votes are permitted.
